By accessing and using our platform and counselling services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian laws.

Nature of Services

College Network provides educational guidance and counselling services related to college admissions, career decisions, and academic planning.

We do NOT guarantee:

• Specific college placements or admissions
• Particular career outcomes
• Any particular academic results
• Accuracy of external counselling processes (e.g., JoSAA, UPTAC, etc.)

All decisions made based on our guidance are solely the responsibility of the user.

User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

If under 18, the platform must be used under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using our services.

Users must not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of College Network and its affiliates.

Users must maintain respectful communication at all times.

Code of Conduct

Users shall NOT:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users, counsellors or team members
• Share false or misleading information
• Engage in any form of spamming or flooding
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems, manipulate or misuse counselling services

Any violation of this code of conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of user access to our platform with no refund.

Counsellor Identity & Communication

Counsellors on the platform may choose to remain anonymous.

Users agree:

• Not to demand personal details (phone number, social media, identity)
• Not to contact counsellors outside the platform unless explicitly permitted
• To respect counsellor privacy and boundaries at all times

Disclosure of identity is solely at the discretion of the counsellor.

Response Time Disclaimer:

While we strive to provide timely responses, we do not guarantee specific response times from counsellors. Response times may vary based on counsellor availability and workload.

Service Availability & Maintenance

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

We will use reasonable efforts to minimize such disruptions and maintain the platform's availability.

College Network reserves the right to temporarily suspend services without prior notice for system improvements, security updates, or unforeseen technical reasons.

No compensation or refund shall be provided for temporary downtime or service interruptions.

Refund Policy

All payments made on College Network are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

By purchasing any service, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Perceived lack of value
• Disagreement with counselling advice
• Technical issues on the user’s end
• Partial usage or non-usage of the service
• Failure to achieve desired results (college, rank, etc.)

In case of violation of platform rules (abuse, misconduct, etc.), access may be terminated without refund.

Exceptions, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of College Network, and the decision shall be final and binding.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall College Network or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using our services, including but not limited to college admissions, career success, or academic results.

Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their decisions and actions based on the information provided by the platform.

College Network shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform
• Any loss of data, profits, or business interruption
• Any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond College Network's reasonable control

Suspension & Termination

College Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.

Users may also choose to deactivate their account at any time.

In the event of suspension or termination, all data associated with the user's account will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

College Network reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

Data Usage + Privacy Link

Our Predictor Tool does not collect or store any personal data from users.

If you are enrolled in our services, you will be directed to our Privacy Policy for more information.

By using our platform, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on College Network, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, are the property of College Network or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without explicit permission from College Network.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through mutual discussion.

If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
